Language versions have separate addresses: / for Russian and /en for English. You choose the language using the switcher; the website does not redirect you based on an assumed browser language.

After consent, the website may load Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, and configured Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics counters. They help measure page views, loading performance and button interactions.

Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregated statistics without third-party cookies for visitor identification. Other counters may use their own cookies. Our consent rule also applies to analytics tools that do not use cookies.

Webvisor and session recording are not enabled. The form has no marketing subscription, and the website does not enable marketing cookies.

Changing your choice

On your first visit you can accept or decline analytics. The “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the website opens the preferences again. You can continue using the website with analytics disabled.

After consent is withdrawn, the website stops sending subsequent optional events. Use your browser settings to remove previously stored third-party cookies; information already sent is handled under the provider’s policies.
